6. What is your return policy?
If the item you received is not as described or is defective, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the order and send photos and videos, we will solve the problem for you in time. We will arrange to send the correct item or refund in full.

7.What if your package is detained by customs?
According to our shipping statistics, 95% of packages can pass through customs smoothly. If the package is detained by customs unexpectedly, we recommend that customers contact customs first to explain the contents of the package and hope that customs can release it.
If customs still cannot release it, please send us the detention documents and we will refund the full amount.
8.What if I haven't received my package?

10. Can I track my order?

12. About Gel Balls
A. Use clean water, preferably purified water.
B. Generally soak in water for 4-5 hours to allow the gel balls to fully expand to 7.15-7.3 mm. Insufficient soaking time or soaking for too long may affect the firing effect. 7.15-7.3 mm is suitable for most gel blasters. Gel balls that are too small may result in short range or inability to shoot.
C. Luminous styles need to be soaked for more than 10 hours, and the ball must be fully expanded to operate normally.
D. Do not mix gel balls of different sizes，Different gel blasters are suitable for different sizes，Using the wrong ones will cause jamming or damage to the gun.
E. After soaking, drain the excess water to avoid water damage to the electric structure of the toy gun and prevent the gel ball from getting stuck.
13. About Gel Blaster
A. All our gel spray guns are quality tested before shipment, if you experience operating problems, it may be due to improper use.
B. Improper loading is a common cause of failure, please refer to the included loading chart for guidance, always keep the magazine full during testing.
C. Mag function check, pull the bolt while listening to the operating sound, if no sound is heard, the magazine may be faulty and the spring contact may be bad
• Recommended solutions:
1: Gently adjust the contact spring (apply minimal force) and test repeatedly after each adjustment.
2: Check if the spring wire is damaged.
14. About the maintenance and storage of lithium batteries
A: Batteries are dangerous goods. Please keep away from flammable materials when charging.
B: Avoid overcharging lithium batteries.，Please use high-quality chargers to charge.，Do not use mobile phone fast charging heads.
C: Avoid overusing lithium batteries.，Please reserve about 10% of the power for lithium batteries. When the speed slows down, you need to charge.
D: To use lithium batteries frequently, to maximize the energy efficiency of lithium batteries, you must use them frequently to keep the electrons in the lithium battery in a flowing state. If you do not use it frequently, please remember to complete a charge and discharge cycle for the lithium battery every month.
E: Remember to separate the battery and the toy when not in use to prevent damage to the toy and battery caused by over-discharge of the battery.
