Return Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and should take 3-5 business days.

Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your return and your refund will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited to your account.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to be credited to your account.

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email.

Wrong or Defective Items

If the item you received is not as described or is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us photos and videos so that we can resolve the issue. We will arrange to ship the correct item or refund you in full.

Shipping

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, but there is nothing wrong with the item, you will need to pay for the shipping and return the item to our warehouse for a refund. The return period is 30 days from the date you received the package. To return an item, please email service@akagtoy.com and we will explain the return process to you.

If the value of the item you are shipping is over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
