Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them,and in their original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning an item, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If you have any questions regarding the returns, please feel free to contact us.
If your return request is approved, we will send you the return shipping address along with instructions on how to send back your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have; once the return is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account.
